I Want To Be Free - Debt Free That Is!
I'm sure a lot of you out there have debt - you know - car payments, credit cards, student loans, insurance, etc. Well I'm sick of debt - really sick. My wife and I are finally doing something about it.
Back in 2003 my mom and I listened to a great book on CD called The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. The book is fantastic and EVERYONE should read and/or listen to it. Sadly I didn't take his advice after listening to the book and managed to dig myself into even more debt.
That has all changed now with the help of this website. My wife and I were able to go in and track everything we needed for our budget, debt snowball, and more. It really is a great tool.
If you are currently in ANY sort of debt OR have nothing in savings you need to read this book. At the very least download his podcast from iTunes - it's free! You will be shocked at how UNPREPARED we are for our future.
