Thats when I fell for the Leader of the Pack - VROOM VROOM!

Big news people - there is a new member of the Rooney family: Mayzy - our new golden retreiver puppy. She is only 6 weeks old and the cutest thing in the whole world. We went to Canton to get fake lemons for our kitchen and we came back with a live animal. The name Mayzy spawned from the following: 1 Part Daisy (Katie's old dog's name), 1 Part Mazzy Star (one of Kate's favorite bands), 1 part Mazi (One of my favorite house music producers), and 1 Part May (the month we started going out).

The main thing with this pup is I want to train her right. I have been reading up on the Dog Whisperer - Cesar Millan (2 seperate linx). The only reading I have done is on the net. I wish he had a book out or something. He does have a TV show on the National Geographic Channel. He teaches "The Leader of the Pack" theory - I think that is what it is called anyway. Well I'll let you know how it goes. If anyone knows of links or better methods to train a puppy well, comment please!

Another major decision in my life (my wife laughed at me when I said this to her), is that I've decided to listen to Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith CD; unabridged of course. This is a major step for me. I had the chance to do this with Attack of the Clones, but didn't. I thought it would ruin the movie for me. Well I recently started listening to ATOC on CD - unabridged of course - and it is AWESOME! I mean detail out the wazoo! If you are in anyway disappointed with the recent SW films please listen to the books (or read if you have the time). They really dig deep into the story and make you feel what the characters feel. So rather than be let down for the last one I want to go into it knowing what happens. That way the detail other people will miss out on - I will know and it will make the movie a zillion-jillion times better.
