Long Time No Nothing
I think I am going to attempt to get this blog going again. Things have been pretty hectic around here. Work, school, work, yadda yadda yadda.
My sister-in-law and her boyfriend are moving to Portland in a few weeks so I went out with my 2nd fam to Babe's Chicken. They serve two things: Fried Chicken (obviously) and Chicken Fried Steak. The fried chicken is 2nd only to my mom's and the Chicken Fried Steak is 2nd only to Jamie Seek's (a friend from my Navy days). If you ever make a trip to Dallas you want to visit this place.
A lotta talk going around about the Nintendo Revolution, the next big thing from the creator's of Mario. I am both excited about this and a little worried. It is suppose to revolutionize gaming, hence the name revolution, and create a paradigm shift. If this turns out to be anything like the Virtua Boy it will be a sad day for Nintendo and they may end up being the next Sega.
I downloaded Mozilla's Firebird mail client today to try something new. I figure Firefox is off the heezy, so Firebird is probably the same way.
Well the wife is watching Sex in the City on DVD from Netflix right now. Which reminds me - join Netflix. The service is awesome and is soooooooo much better than Blockbuster. I have been a member for about two months and it has been great - NO LATE FEES! I know BB recently dropped late fees for the simple fact Netflix was cutting into profits big time. Oh well, should have stopped charging me 5 bucks a day everytime a movie was late. Thats why I haven't used my membership at BB for years. I moved from Florida and had a 5 buck late fee and tried to pay it off in Texas and they couldn't locate the BB I rented it from and that I would have too. Which is normally okay since most people only go to 1 BB, the closest to their house, but me I went to like 4 or 5 BB's in Florida. There was one on every corner so which ever one was closet got my biz-nez.
Anyway enough rambling I got homework to do ... that I probably wont do.

I have heard about the BB.com thing. I'm glad it is working out for you. I'll end up sticking with whoever rents video games online first - which I hope is Netflix.
i just recently heard iTunes is trying to get the MPAA to allow movies to be downloaded... nifty!
